    Tickets for the PropertyPal Awards cost £145 (+VAT) for an individual ticket and £1,305 (+VAT) for a table which seats 10.

    No, there is no fee to submit an entry. It's completely free!

    The ticket includes entry to the awards ceremony, a dazzling drinks reception, a lavish three-course meal, and various spontaneous entertainment throughout the evening.

  • Will there be parking available at the venue?

    Yes, there will be parking available at the Titanic Belfast venue. Please see their website here for more details on parking and transport in the local area.

  • How are entries shortlisted for the awards?

    Entries are shortlisted based on set criteria by an independent panel of judges. The judges review all entries submitted and select the finalists for each category. PropertyPal.com is not involved in any way with the judging of the awards.

  • Is there a limit to the number of awards a company can win?

    No, there is no limit to the number of awards a company can win.

  • Can I attend the awards ceremony without being a finalist or a winner?

    Yes, the awards ceremony is open to all professionals that work closely or within the Northern Ireland housing market. 

    This is a ticketed event, please ensure you have purchased a ticket before attending.

Get ready for an exciting evening as we reveal the deserving award winners in a ceremony led by our hosts, Mark Simpson and Claire McCollum.

Your night will start with a relaxed drinks reception followed by a delicious three course meal. After, you'll have the chance to dance the night away to exciting live entertainment as well as enjoying a few surprises throughout!
