Our charity partner for the 2023 PropertyPal Awards is the Simon Community NI.
Simon Community NI is Northern Ireland's leading homeless charity and exists to support people who are experiencing, or who are at risk of experiencing homelessness.
Our vision is of a society where everyone has a home and our mission is to end homelessness for people who need our help.
Our range of ever-expanding specialist services, in Belfast and throughout Northern Ireland, are designed in partnership with funders to best respond to issues such as chronic and temporary homelessness, early intervention, health and wellbeing, substance dependency and youth homelessness.
Simon Community NI support 1,136 people each year through many services offered for those with no home.

The Event
Get ready for an exciting evening as we reveal the deserving award winners in a ceremony led by our hosts, Mark Simpson and Claire McCollum.
Your night will start with a relaxed drinks reception followed by a delicious three course meal. After, you'll have the chance to dance the night away to exciting live entertainment as well as enjoying a few surprises throughout!
